TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking number by our cooperative

PAYMENT

All orders are made after the payment is completed. If payment is not received or the payment method is rejected, no order will be placed for the product and no items will be shipped. Buyer will forfeit ownership of any items due to non-payment. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Paypal, Zippay, Afterpay as a method of payment.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges will be paid by the buyer and the amount will be calculated by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost in transit, the total cost of the item including shipping will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Seller will not be responsible if items are damaged in transit. Seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the services or materials it provides to Buyer are not lost, damaged or destroyed.

Remote areas:

For mailing addresses located in remote areas, we may charge extra freight. The distinction between remote areas is divided according to the data provided by the logistics company.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Items are entitled to a refund or return if the buyer notifies the seller within 30 days of the date of purchase. Buyer must contact Seller via email at info@naturexplore.com.au or through the customer account page on the website in order to process the return. Not all items can be returned. Shipping costs incurred for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the buyer.

ORDER CANCELLATION

An order can be cancelled until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer will be responsible for payment

Any complaints regarding items or sellers should be submitted to our support team. Please email: info@naturexplore.com.au Resolution is not guaranteed. Each case will be reviewed individually and the seller will be contacted.

LEGAL ISSUES
Once the buyer has received the goods or services, the seller is not responsible for any health or safety issues. The seller is not responsible for any injuries arising from the purchases made by the buyer. Any disputes arising out of the use of this site are subject to the laws of the state in which the site owner is located. These billing terms and conditions are subject to change.
